Click to call Functionality

Hi, We are trying to implement click-to-call functionality. For example, CRM D65 portal, let's say we have a number present on the customer information page on CRM D-365 page. After Clicking on the number, we should be able to call out that number using Amazon connect automatically. How we can achieve this functionality.
