MFA Support page suggestion

Question

For the team handling the forms on the MFA Support page (https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-mfa-support), I have this suggestion:

Improve the way the "I'm still having problems and would like to contact AWS Support." form on this page handles phone numbers. Any phone number entry that isn't *exactly* what that form is expecting is wrong, whereas most other online forms have the background logic to handle a "-", spaces, or parentheses.

I would like to inform you that the requested feature has been submitted to the internal service team to accommodate the suggested changes while feeling below form. This will help in further prioritising the requirement for such a feature and expediting its implementation. However, it would not be possible for me to provide an ETA regarding the same.
