Where do I ask my problem in using AWS service

From couple of months ago, my website, FTP and DB is not connected on line without any reason. Until now I can find nowhere to ask something to solve this problem. Please let me know where I can have a contact address in Korean as possible.

Please post the details on the exact issue you are experiencing; someone here could help.

If you feel you're experiencing technical issues related to the availability of the service - sla, quota,..., you are using including your amazon account, you could open a support request Contact AWS
