How do i create folder structure for account provisioning in AFT(Account factory for Terraform)

My request is to split teams with a folder structure for the account creation process. I am trying to establish accounts with AFT, and it is successfully letting me provision(without folder structure) and when i add folder structure in terraform directory its not pick changes in terraform plan e.g database<folder>then tf files
