AppStream Service Issue - Inconsistent Behavior in appstream_embedded.js

0

We're encountering an issue with the AppStream service, specifically related to the appstream_embedded.js script available at https://clients.amazonappstream.com/embed.html?. We're reaching out to see if anyone can assist us in resolving this issue, as it's causing inconsistent behavior.

Here's a breakdown of what's happening:

We call the appstream_embedded.js script with the AppStream StreamingURL.

There are two redirects in the process:

a. The first redirect goes to 'https://appstream2.eu-west-1.aws.amazon.com/authenticate?parameters=...' with a response status code of 302. b. The second redirect takes us to 'https://d58297c5d55a3....appstream2.eu-west-1.aws.amazon.com/authenticate?parameters='. c. Finally, it redirects to 'https://d58297c5d55a3.appstream2.eu-west-1.aws.amazon.com/'.

The issues arise when the script reaches 'https://d58297c5d55a3.appstream2.eu-west-1.aws.amazon.com/'. The behavior varies depending on the machine or web browser used. It consistently works in Edge and Firefox, but we're encountering problems in Chrome.

We would like to perform some debugging on the appstream_embedded.js script. However, the file is minimized, making it challenging to diagnose the issue ourselves.

Is there anyone in the community who has experience with the AppStream service or can provide guidance on debugging this script? Additionally, if anyone has contact information for the AppStream service team, we would greatly appreciate it.
