What fonts, if any, are available in Lambda?

There's a lot of information on how to install fonts, but I've not found any listing which fonts are available by default.

Lambda does come with the option to choose between available runtimes as well imperatively selects the underlying OS (Amazon Linux/Amazon Linux 2) based on the selected runtime. Depending on the underlying OS, there might not be any fonts be available and installing the specific fonts that you need in a separate directory along with a fonts.conf file should be the suggested path forward.
