Certificate failure

I had a CNAME certificate renew fail, and base on the document: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/troubleshooting-failed.html#failed-other I should ask here for the information missing.

How can we proceed? Thanks

Ensure your CNAMES exist for ACM and that you are able to resolve them.

If they do not exist, you are required to create and keep them for auto yearly renewal.

Open ACM in the region where ACM certs are being issues, obtain CNAME records required and add to your DNS Zone.
