EC2老机型迁移问题。

海外区，前几天开了C1和M1的机型，并且部署了应用，现在看到官网有通知说要将C1和M1等老机型迁移到新机型，请问这个迁移操作，是AWS会帮用户完成，还是用户要自行进行迁移呢？
