You can uplift your Lightsail host to a larger instance type by taking a snapshot, and then restoring that snapshot to a larger instance. There should be no data loss, and SSL won't be affected.
It's worth noting that once you have upgraded you can't go back and downgrade.

Thank you Steve , What if I upgrade to EC2 ? is it not a better option? if yes, do I have to reinstall the SSL certificate again ?
EC2 offers you more control over you resources, and better granularity over what you can do. This is a really good doc on it https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/lightsail-differences-from-ec2
If you just want to stand up a WordPress site then Lightsail is probably fine. If you want to start working in more depth then EC2 is more interesting.
If you are keeping the same domainname then you can copy the cert over from Lightsail -> EC2, but it's not any more hassle just to generate a fresh one.
