Can send but unable to receive messages

We are unable to receive messages to all of our WorkMail accounts. They are getting to Reflexion but not to AWS. Here is the error message from the Reflexion inbound queue for every message:

Reason
ERROR: Message is not accepted by the customer delivery queue
StatusThe message was deferred

No changes were made and AWS from Reflexion it successfully passes an SMTP connection test.

We confirmed that our particular problem is related to Sophos Reflexion. FYI, for everyone that stumbles upon this message, your Sophos rep will do a 1-to-1 license exchange for Sophos Email Security and the renewal is the same cost as Reflexion. Sophos Email Security is a much better platform that integrated with Sophos Central.
