As of now no service for creation of digital images by an AI. but if you want to Search, verify, and organize millions of images you can use Amazon Rekognition service. https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/rekognition/home?region=us-west-2#/

To confirm the above, no, not at present. However, I'd suggest you register for re:Invent 2022, as we make numerous announcements there every year. If you can't make it in person to Las Vegas, you can attend remotely for free and watch the sessions and announcements. For image generation or text-to-image, I would recommend Use Stable Diffusion XL with Amazon SageMaker JumpStart in Amazon SageMaker Studio .
I would try to rebuild the example later.
