Hello. If you know the email address and AWS account ID associated with your AWS account, you can sign in as the root user. To sign in as the root user, please follow the steps below. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/introduction-to-root-user-sign-in-tutorial.html#root-user-sign-in-tutorial

If you do not know your password, you can change it by following the instructions in the following document. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/root-user-password.html
