I requested SES production access for transaction emails. The automatic message promised a 24-hour initial response: "You can provide this information by replying to this message. Our team provides an initial response to your request within 24 hours.", but it has been 72 hours and no response so far. I have shared more info and doubt if it has been read.
They don't even share how much more time they need for the process they created.
