AWS announces AWS Interconnect – multicloud (preview), providing simple, resilient, high-speed private connections to other cloud service providers. AWS Interconnect - multicloud is easy to configure and provides high-speed, resilient connectivity with dedicated bandwidth, enabling customers to interconnect AWS networking services such as AWS Transit Gateway, AWS Cloud WAN, and Amazon VPC to other cloud service providers with ease.
SQS interface endpoint for cross region access
Is it possible to use SQS interface endpoint for cross region access? Use case: service in VPC-A in region A to access SQS queue in region B? If not, what would be next best way to access it? Is it possible over private network or it has to be done over public internet?

Interface endpoints are regional. From the docs, "Endpoints are supported within the same Region only. You cannot create an endpoint between a VPC and a service in a different Region. " You could do VPC peering to access the endpoint from another region, using a private hosted zone to map the name.
