Amplify Studio not accessible for created IAM

I created an admin user for my Amplify project and grant all permission on amplify / amplifybackend. When logged in as new admin user I can see apps in Amplify section, but after launch studio it shows me error.

Is there any other permission I should grant to access Amplify Studio? Thanks
