Our production instance is currently down. It Status: Unknown and a button to STOP. I clicked Stop and agreed to stopping the instance and when I refresh the page it still just shows the Stop button. I'm unable to create a snapshot since it's in the stopping phase. I can't connect to it via SSH.

Maintenance activity will result in your Lightsail instance stopping after Tue, 25 Jun 2019 22:00:00 GMT. After your instance is stopped, you can restart it at any time."
It's not June 25th yet! Is this an unrelated issue? What can I do?
