502 Bad Gateway

Hello, I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it, I don't have much experience with aws, I haven't done the configuration and neither has the web, I tell you, when creating an image of an ec2 the web returns 502 bad gateway, the web uses s3 could it be that when creating the image the s3 bucket was unlinked from ec2? the ec2 instance appears to have been rebooted while creating the image. Now the free space is larger than before the image was created.
