I am a new AWS user - how do I set powers / permissions for an IAM?

Hi

We are trying to set up using the AWS SES services and are struggling to see how / where we set the permissions for each user - any chance of someone giving an answer configured for a rookie please

It can be created by navigating to Policies from the IAM screen.
The documentation is below.
