Bucket Compression to Reduce Data Transfer Out?

Question

Dear AWS Communities,

I would like to transfer my 32TB of csv.gz files from S3 Standard out to internet. 
However, the cost is gigantic for an individual like me. 
I am wondering is there any way to perform bucket-level compression to further reduce the size of the bucket? 
If so, could you provide some instructions to do so?

Would a Snowball Edge work for your use case? I ran it through the [pricing calculator](https://calculator.aws/#/estimate?id=7ec9e04cd334db803b0defbc36e01eabc1ce6989) and it cut the price in half. Not sure you will be able to achieve that with more compression.
