Timestream data handling

So I have two different tables in Timestream with the same config receiving data from two different sensors, one table is able to store the data with multiple 0 values whereas the second table is not able to store the data with multiple 0 values. I keep getting an error "A record already exists with the same time, dimensions, measure name, and record version. A higher record version must be specified in order to update the measure value. Specifying record version is supported by the latest SDKs."
