PEARSON VUE PROCTOR DID NOT TURN UP AND NO CONTACT WITH PEARSON WHATSOVER

I had registered for SAA-C02 - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate - English (ENU) through Pearson VUE and THE PROCTOR DID NOT TURN UP! Nobody from Pearson VUE contacted me through this process! Horrible horrible experience. Submitted a complaint as per the directions and got an email saying that the issue will be resolved within 5 days????? I see lot of people face issues with Pearson VUE online exams. I wonder how Amazon is putting up with Pearson VUE?????? Horrible horrible horrible experience.

AWS is working very closely with Pearson VUE to review these issues and properly serve our AWS Certification candidates. However, call/chat volumes are exponentially higher than normal. We appreciate your patience as our teams work to service every candidate contact as best we can. You should hear back from Pearson VUE soon, but if you do not hear from them within 5 business days, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team at https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training and we will investigate accordingly.

Hi,
Today is my exam scheduled for AWS certifified cloud prattioner and I am facing the same problem.
I have scheduled my exam through Pearson Vue and proctor did not launch my exam I have waited and no one contacted
Also I tried to contact them through chat as well as phone no one responded.

This is very very frustrating..

AWS please do something as this is very frustrating for the candidate,
we got prepared for the exam and wanted for the exam day and the exam did not happen.

I have filled the form it says wait for 5 working day.
Don't know what to do now?
Please help

I had same experience today . PROCTOR did not show up, And i had a message showing "Do Not close the OnVUE application until instructed. I waited for 30 minutes past my exam time and still the same . No one even cared to call back to find out what happened , Worst service . Neither was there a contact number on the exam schedule to reach in case of technical issues. I had to look up 10 pages to find the customer care contact for canada region and wait 20 minutes to get someone on call to tell about my experience .

Finally customer care asked me to call back after 48 hrs to reschedule. Hopeless service .

My SAA-C02: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam today (3rd Oct 2021) with pearsonvue got terminated in middle without any explanation or notice The Proctor terminated without any explanation. Avoid PEARSON VUE
