Which department within AWS SES supports managed dedicated IP addresses?

I signed up and have been paying for a managed dedicated IP address, and for the past few months I've attempted to send emails through this IP pool. However, the dashboard shows that none of my emails are being warmed (sent using the managed dedicated IP). Furthermore, the majority of my emails are not being delivered to regular spam or promotions.

How can I get assistance from the department that provides service for the feature (managed dedicated IP) that I'm paying to use?
