Does anyone know if there are any plans of accepting BYOC or more "Shared trunking" options in Connect?
There are issues compeeting with all other CC's (Genesys especially) atm in regards of this for our sake.

I recommend talking with your AWS Amazon Connect specialist on your use case and call volume. And why porting number to Amazon Connect is not an option.
