I think it's probably the fee for DocumentDB backup.
Please also check the fields such as "Manual Snapshot" from the snapshot screen as shown in the image below.
Also, be sure to check all regions.
If you are unable to confirm using the steps above, we recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".

Hello,
Thank you for you response. We have clean the documentDB panel, we has removed unitl the vpc and parameter groups but this still. Have a difference, the "MTD forecasted usage %" have a new value: 103.33%, something is changing it. I'll create a case.
