Does DMS drop and creates the target files in S3 target endpoints?

Created a DMS task with source as Oracle and target as S3. I want to re-run the full load. I have set the DMS task to DROP_AND_CREATE. When I restart the DMS task, it's not dropping and recreating the files in S3 location.

it should delete the target files in s3 bucket. Please review dms task logs for error. also verify iam permissions for any missing delete permissions.
