1. AWS 账单工单长期没有人工回复时，应该通过什么官方渠道升级？
2. AWS re:Post 社区是否能提供正确的升级方式或联系方式？

这是怎么回事，账号都关闭无法登陆了，为什么还有扣款
我更换了手机，之前的maf无法使用了，导致无法登录系统。使用邮箱和电话的方式登录。手机一直收不到电话，无法输入手机对应的验证码。
