審查您的案例

如果您的虛擬介面維持在驗證中狀態超過 1 小時，AWS 會自動建立案例來驗證虛擬介面。

AWS 會檢查以下要求：

• 您的虛擬介面使用公有自治系統編號 (ASN)。
• 您擁有自己的邊界閘道協定 (BGP) ASN，或者擁有使用該 ASN 的授權書 (LOA)。
• 您的公有對等 IP 位址有效。
• 您擁有規劃透過虛擬介面宣告的公有前綴，或者擁有使用這些前綴的 LOA。
• 您的區域網際網路註冊機構 (RIR) 資訊屬於 AWS 帳戶中列出的組織。

若要檢視您的案例，請完成以下步驟：

1. 開啟 AWS Support Center 主控台。
2. 在 Active cases (作用中案例) 區段中，選取 AWS 為您的虛擬介面建立的案例。
   **注意：**案例主旨類似於以下內容："[Additional Information Required] AWS Direct Connect Public Virtual Interface Verification" ([需要額外資訊] AWS Direct Connect 公有虛擬介面驗證)。
3. 依照 Case details (案例詳細資訊) 中的指示操作。

向前綴擁有者請求 LOA

如果您沒有 BGP ASN 或 IP 位址前綴，就必須向擁有者索取印有公司抬頭的 LOA。該 LOA 必須授權您將這些公有 IP 位址前綴或 BGP ASN，用於與您帳戶相關聯的公有虛擬介面。

**注意：**如果您擁有 BGP ASN 或 IP 位址前綴，便不需要 LOA。
