AWS Root MFA: Alternate Method: Email verification link expired

Question

Customer tried "Troubleshooting MFA" and entered the email address as the first step. When they click on the link that they receive, they get that "Email is expired" (Even before 15 mins)

First, have the customer try resolving this concern using the self-service options.
