I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with receiving mail. Can you share the error from the bounce message?
For troubleshooting this issue you can do the following checks:
- Verify that your MX record is correct and points to WorkMail and only WorkMail (This documentation page can help with the verification steps).
- Verify that the Inbound SES rule has a WorkMail step and no other rule is failing.
- Verify your WorkMail Mail flow rules. Check that it does not contain a rule to bounce all mail.
