Problems when converting to TS files

I am trying to convert an mxf file into a TS file with MediaConvert. Basically it works, but i notice that at the beginning of the TS video there is a freeze frame that lasts about 2 seconds.

I have looked at the media files in detail and could already determine the following. The input file *.mxf has a total length of 15s 0 ms. After converting it into a TS file, I see the total length of 16s 739ms. However, the video and audio itself still have the original length of 15s. A menu is added to the TS file that has a length of 16s 789ms and thus extends the total duration of the file.

How can we avoid adding this menu? Or is it possible to limit this menu to the video length?
