As far as I know, inquiries regarding AWS exams can be made from the URL below.
If you make an inquiry using the URL below, you will probably receive a response to the email address you entered within 48 hours.

Even I thought so. But it is over 4 weeks and I have submitted atleast 3-4 different tickets and yet no response.
That's strange. Is the email arriving in your spam folder?
