Linux Workspaces with AWS Inspector

Question

Is there compatibility with Linux Workspaces and AWS Inspector for Vulnerability management.

I'm looking into deploying Linux v2 workspaces but have some compliance requirements. 
Can Inspector scan the Workspaces hosts or Images and provide a list of the vulnerabilities ?

If not what approach would you recommend for Vulnerably scanning with workspaces?

Hello there,

Amazon Inspector is an automated vulnerability management service that continually scans Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) and container workloads for software vulnerabilities and unintended network exposure, therefore AWS WorkSpaces are not compatible with AWS Inspector. For more information on AWS Inspector, see reference [1].

However, you can use the following features to monitor your Workspaces:
 - CloudWatch metrics
 - CloudWatch events
 - CloudTrail logs
Please see reference [2] for more detailed information on the above-mentioned features.
