Amazon Schema Conversion Tool Connection error with Redshift as target database

Hi,

The Server Name for Redshift in the AWS Schema Conversion Tool is usually the Redshift endpoint without the port number and the database name.

The endpoint can be found on the Redshift console => clusters => click on the appropriate cluster => General Information => Endpoint.

Also make sure that the Redshift Security Group accepts the necessary connections (inbound rules).
