CUR query to get Elasticache resources and instance type across payer

Question

folks, struggling to get instance family being used for Elasticache across Payer, I tried few combination of CUR queries to no avail. Does anyone have a tested reference to get the information? TIA

FROM

Modify this query to select appropriate year and Month if required
