An error occurred creating certificates with let's Encrypt
The cause cannot be determined from just the image message.
Judging from the "INFO" message, it seems that it has already been authenticated.
Could you please share the exact command you executed?
Also, it seems like you are canceling midway through, but will any error messages be output if you continue?

I have entered this command and went to continue: sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool
When you access "https://forkscreener.com/", you can see that the certificate was created with "example.com". Therefore, please try deleting the SSL certificate and creating it again.
I think the certificate is probably created in the following directory, so try deleting it.

Since the access is possible using HTTPS, I think that the HTTPS settings have been made in the web server's configuration file. You need to check your web server's configuration file to figure out where the certificate is located from settings such as "SSLCertificateFile". Once you know the location of the certificate from the contents set in "SSLCertificateFile", try deleting the certificate.
