Error 500 with Route 53 Geolocation Routing

I am encountering an HTTP error code 500 (Internal Server Error) after configuring Geolocation routing policies in Route 53. Routing traffic from anyone trying reach from US to a Load balancer in us-east-1 also specifying US as the location, and Default to every other user and I mapped this to Load Balancer in us-east-2.

However when I try reaching the hitting those Load balancer directly on Postman, I am getting a success message.
