Sagemaker Studio Lab Referral Code

Hi,

I am currently teaching AWS at my university using AWS Academy. In addition, I will be giving a small workshop on how to use AWS SageMaker for a couple of external students. For that workshop, I need a "referral code" so students can have immediate access to Sagemaker Studio Lab. The "referral code" option is also mentioned in the AWS docs. I already reached out to your sales support, as recommended by AWS, but haven't heard back from them for about a week. My questions:

  1. How long does it usually take for your sales support to answer such requests?
  2. Is my request already being processed and if yes, when will I receive a referral code?
