Shame I really get you. The support from AWS is ridiculous. You are left on your own. I see only a handful of views on your issue and no replies. I guess it's better to find a different supplier. They force you to pay $29 or similar for a monthly support plan. I'm just testing the system for now. Definitely moving away in the next day or so. They don't realize we have 500+ VPS servers in South Africa we need to switch over but definitely not going for them anymore.
