You should reach out to AWS Customer Service by opening a case here: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support
They would be able to guide you through this.

"Account & Billing" Support is free and will be more efficient for you to fix this than re:post. On re:post we cannot see customer details, "Account and Billing" can guide you more efficiently for this reason. Can you please a support request with them and let us know here if it helped?
