AWS Private Certificate Authority in the UAE region now?

Is it true that AWS Private CA is in me-central-1 now?

I just tested creating one in me-central-1 and it worked. By default UAE region is disabled for most accounts. You can enable it by going to your AWS Regional Settings and enabling. Once that's enabled then AWS Private Certificate Authority should be available in UAE.
