SNOWBALL Export transfer progress has been stopped going on 36 hours!

I have been watching a Snowball job as the data is exported within AWS... The transfer has been stuck at 83% for the last 36 hours. How do you contact AWS to tell them they need to look at their device in their datacenter? The job id: JID86e589b3-db7c-4186-b67d-b416934cf5f7

It took reaching out to the Snowball GM to get the issue resolved.
