using uninitialized "hour" variable while logging request in Elasticbean Stalk Environment

Hi, I have a website that sometimes gives me a 504 gateway timeout error and I'm trying to resolve this issue by viewing the logs of the server. In our error logs we have a lot of these warning errors : using uninitialized "hour" variable while logging request using uninitialized "year" variable while logging request using uninitialized "month" variable while logging request using uninitialized "day" variable while logging request

Tried to search on Google on how to possibly fix this issue but there weren't much to help. Maybe I would need to add an additional configuration in a conf file on my server, any help please :)?
