Reset sagemaker studio lab to default.

I tried resetting my runtime/project in the sagemaker studio lab and I think I ended up just stupidly deleting a bunch of important system files in my project. If it were a notebook instance I could just delete it and start another one, but I don't see a way to do something like that with my single free studio lab. I'd love to know a way to just start clean and fresh with a new project (runtime?) if at all possible, the way it was the first time I opened it.
