If you are setting up an IQ profile for a company rather than an individual, you would provide general information about the certifications of your staff in the Marketplace details. To respond to customer requests, at least one person on the account needs a valid AWS Certification. Due to considerations such as eligible jurisdiction identified on the AWS IQ Expert FAQ page, each staff member could be evaluated differently, so many companies have their certified staff set up an individual profile, which also helps to broaden exposure.
