How to add ical URL in Workmail?

We have an iCal URL from our customers' CRM software that I want to add to all their Workmail users. I'm logged in to Amazon Workmail web, but I only can open calendars of colleagues. Is there no way to add an ical URL?

I hope there is, otherwise it would be very disappointed.

I'm sorry to inform you that WorkMail does not support ical calendars in the WebMail application. I will forward this to the service team as a feature request.

Since we migrated to Amazon Workmail, we have run into features that are not available in AWS too many times. Each time, the answer is that it is registered as a feature request. But in my opinion, too many basic features are absent making AWS Workmail not a full-fledged product at all, especially when compared to competing products that are in the same price range.

Is there a public roadmap available for Amazon Workmail? I really would like to know if we can expect some improvements in the near future. For example this ical feature.
