Second User not working correctly

Hi there,

I have a small business which requires 2 email address accounts@.......co.uk and info@......co.uk.
I have setup my organisation on Work Mail and both accounts@ and info@ send and receive emails using the web client https://........awsapps.com/mail.

I usually use Mac OS Mail as my email client and I have updated detail for accounts@ and this works fine. I repeated the process for info@ and there is some kind of server error.

I have the server set to imap.mail.eu-west-1.awsapps.com for both accounts.

Can anyone help?

I had a typo in my password!!!
