Can we customized blue bar ,that is showing information like (save button ,download button, schedule button, alert etc..)Top of every dashboard as per user Requirement .

I want to customized the Blue Bar that is showing information like (Save Button,Download Button,Schedule Button,Q bar etc)as per user requirement .
For Example :
If user want to set the Search Q in left,or save button and other button on Top Left.Is it possible.

Hello,
The toolbar is not user customizable at this point in time. This would need to be submitted as a feature request.
