Can't login to AWS "Password reset is required" and do not have access to "Forgot password" email address.

Hello...I cannot login to AWS. The AWS login page is forcing me to change my password but the reset password does not work as I cannot receive email as it is being sent to my work email address. Dotster.com deleted our work email domain yesterday so cannot receive emails sent to that email address. I cannot login and I cannot change my password as I don't have access to my original email. AWS is hosting the domain on Route 53 and Dotster "was" hosting my email. I need to transfer my pop.dotster.com to AWS ASAP. I really need help here. I have already tried https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-account-support and have not received any response. PLEASE...PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Hi,

Your account specific issue will need to get resolved via that AWS Support contact only. There is not much that can be done via this public rePost forum in this case.

Hello, I appreciate the response but if only I could get in touch with AWS Support. I cannot login to contact them. Is there another way to contact them?

  • If you have another AWS account, you could contact AWS Support center via that account to get faster attention potentially.
