Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear your results have been delayed, especially given that you might have deadlines for your course results.
To the best of my knowledge, the certification exam process, including proctoring the exam, security reviews, and scoring are entirely managed by 3rd-parties like Pearson and my guess is that AWS has no way of influencing or expediting the results or review of an individual exam. I might suggest contacting Pearson support again, explaining your timeline requirements, and asking for escalation.
Note - I do not represent AWS or Pearson, only sharing my perspective.
Could you explain why they decided to put your exam under security review?
I have always given Pearson Vue exams online in my office and when I finished my exam they told me whether or not to pass the test and after 1 or 2 days I could see my score report in "Training and Certification".
I hope you have been able to see your results, if you do not tell us in what mode did you give it?
