RDS Postgres Superuser permission

According to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/UsingWithRDS.MasterAccounts.html does not seem that you can use the WITH replication syntax for rds super users.

You will need to grant replication to an user:

CREATE ROLE <user>; GRANT rds_replication TO <user>;
